Congratulations to NOFC member Mike Rabine for being awarded the ACVESA president's award. Mike's award represents much time that he spends working for ACVESA co-chairing the Annual Softball Tournament and maintaining the association's website at ACVESA.org.

ACVESA is the Adams County Volunteer Emergency Services Association. An association of fire, rescue and ems companies and volunteers dedicated to serving Adams County.
